HR MISSION:

  • To create and maintain a workforce that values honesty, integrity and professionalism;

  • To build a workforce that  practices international standards of operation through constant training, seminars and workshops;

  •   To provide the cooperative with strategies necessary to accomplish the orientation, training and development of a competent, motivated and skilled workforce,  using the available resources of the cooperative.

  • To administer a performance evaluation system which is workable/ applicable to the functions of the office.
  • To develop and implement a system of monitoring and forecasting of human resources.
